- Head of Recovery & Litigation (VP / SVP)
The Head of Recoveries & Litigation will be responsible for loan recoveries, litigation processes, mitigation of risks, and compliance within the banking environment.
- Regional Head – Litigation / Central II Wing (VP / SVP)
The Regional Head-Litigation/Central II Wing leads the litigation strategies, manages legal risks, and ensures regional compliance.
- Wing Head – Recovery & Litigation (AVP / VP)
The Wing Head – Recovery & Litigation AVP/VP leads the recovery process, manages litigation, and ensures effective dispute resolution with the least frustration and full compliance.
- Senior Manager – General Advisory (OG-I / AVP)
The OG-I/AVP, Senior Manager-General Advisory, will provide strategic legal advice, support compliance, and manage risk across banking operations.
- Manager – Recovery & Litigation (OG-II / OG-I)
Manager – Recovery & Litigation (OG-II/OG-I) plans and executes the strategy for recovering debt, besides managing litigation arising out of legal disputes, in compliance with banking regulations.
- Field Officer – Recovery & Litigation (OG-III / OG-II)
The Field Officer – Recovery & Litigation OG-III / OG-II will manage the on-ground debt recovery, and field visits, and assist in legal proceedings.
- Payment Officer (OG-III / OG-II)
The officer of the OG-III/OG-II operator ensures the processing of transactions, timely payments, monitoring of accounts, and the financial operation of the bank.
- Litigation Officer (OG-III / OG-II)
The Litigation Officer shall deal with courts/litigation cases, assist the litigation process, prepare documents, and ensure compliance related to banking.
- Court Liaison (OG-III)
The Court Liaison-OG-III coordinates with the bank and legal authorities, maintains court filings, and ensures timely legal proceedings are conducted.
